20 min or 4 rounds:

  1. Copenhagens
  2. 5 Pullups
  3. 10-15 Bench Row
  4. Back Extensions
  5. 20 High Step ups (10 es)
  6. 10 Single Legs Deads (5es)
  7. Banded Hip Flexor March
  8. 10-15 Pushups
  9. 10-15 Lateral Raises

If you are not given a rep scheme go to as many reps as you can until you reach RPE-9, with whatever stress you have. If it’s bodyweight, do bodyweight and stop before failure.
