Physical Therapy: $175 per session
We charge $175 for a 60 minute, one-on-one session and we accept cash, check or credit card at the time of your appointment. We do not bill your insurance company directly, however at the end of each month we will provide you with a “superbill” that you can then submit to your insurance company, under your out of network benefits. Before booking an appointment we suggest calling your insurance company to inquire about your “out of network” therapy benefits and learn how to a submit an out of network reimbursement claim.
Transitional Membership: $200 per month
GØAT Physical Therapy offers a transitional membership for $200 a month. The membership allows use of the GØAT Physical Therapy facility, during selective times, to perform your home exercise program. This membership aims to reduce health care costs by providing a space and equipment to perform your exercise program at a reduced cost as compared to a one-on-one physical therapy appointment.
Personal Training Session: $175
If you are someone that is recovering from an injury, have exhausted your traditional physical therapy benefits, or just looking to improve your strength and fitness in a one-on-one session.
Out of Network:
As an out of network provider we do not belong to the insurance company’s network and do not have a contract with the insurance company. We do not accept insurance because we wouldn’t be able to offer the level of service that you deserve, while working in-network. When in-network the insurance company dictates how many visits a patient can receive in a year, or how frequently the insurance company will authorize visits during a plan of care. That means that the insurance company and not the patient or provider are dictating how many treatments a person receives prior to being discharged.
