- 10-15 Landmine Pivot press (each side). (alternative movement- Single Arm Pushup)
- 15 Swings
- 10-15 Landmine Row each side (alternate movement- Bench Row)
- 10-15 Floor Press
- 20 Wipers
Sometimes I like to prescribe circuits toward the end of a strength phase. I can’t stand to call them circuits, but that’s what it is. Not “as fast as you can.”
