We are repeating this again, but it is the last of the 8’s and 32’s. We have 3 more weeks of higher volume lifting.

  2. 10-15 Landmine Pivot press (each side). (alternative movement- Single Arm Pushup)
  3. 15 Swings
  4. 10-15 Landmine Row each side (alternate movement- Bench Row)
  5. 10-15 Floor Press
  6. 20 Wipers

Sometimes I like to prescribe circuits toward the end of a strength phase. I can’t stand to call them circuits, but that’s what it is. Not “as fast as you can.”
