6 at RPE-8, then break up 12 more reps

3-count Pause Bench Press

6 at RPE-8, the break up 12 more

20 Min Circuit

  1. 10 Single Leg Deads
  2. 20 Step ups 10 each side
  3. 10 Seated DB Press
  4. 10 Plank Row
  5. :45- 1:00 Farmer Carry (find a weight that you can carry for time in between :45 sec and 1 min. If you can’t get to :45 then it’s too heavy, but if can go past 1:00 then add weight)
