EMOM (Every minute on the Minute)

Min 1- 10 Gob Squats

Min 2- 10 Pushups

Min 3- 5 Thrusters

Min 4- 15 Swings or RDL’s

Min 5- 30 Mountain Climbers

Repeat until 40 min

You will complete the reps and whatever is left over in the minute is your rest. Start the next movement at the next minute. This shouldn’t be crushing but a good effort with a little rest in between each exercise.
