50 Min AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible)
- 500 Meter Ski
- 10 KB Complex (walkout with hands-Pushup-walkback- Clean KB- Squat and Press overhead)
- 1000 meter Bike
- 10 Burpee Pullups or 30 Gorilla Rows
- 500 Meter Row
- 10 Burpee Box Jumps
- 10 Plate Pushes or 10 Sled Pushes or 40 Heavy Weighted Step Ups
Kitchen Sink workouts are great because you can go as hard as you want or as easy as you want, just keep moving. Shoot for 3 rounds.
You can also do this with a partner and it is really special! The intensity goes up significantly. You will split up the reps and meters however you want. Barry and I did 5 rounds. We split up :30 each on ski, 5 KB Complex each, 500 meters each on bike, 5 burpee pull-ups each, 250 meters each on Rower, 5 burpee box jumps each, and 2 each on plate pushes getting to 10 total.
