Soon we will be ski touring, snowshoeing and Nordic skiing. Let’s not lose that base we built all Summer. No matter what you will have to allow your body adjust to a movement you haven’t done in 6 months, but let’s not let your limitations be your cardiovascular system. You will be inefficient, your hip flexors will be fatigued and you need to build up. If your lungs are ready, then your body will be the part we need to manage.
