Death By KB Complex:

Start with KB in between feet, walk out hands, do a pushup, walk back, clean the KB, Squat into Press overhead

Every minute on the minute!

Minute 1- 1 KB Complex

Minute 2- 2 KB complex

Minute 3- 3 KB Complex

Continue until you cannot complete the reps given for the minute or you “die”. Kidding

then

20 Min EMOM

  1. 10-15 Curls
  2. 10-15 Tricep Ext
  3. 10-15 Lateral Raises
  4. 20 Situps
  5. 1 minute easy machine
