12.31 Get The GOAT “12 Days of Christmas”


Back by popular Request!! This is a GOAT favorite. Fast times are around 35 min, but don’t lose quality of movement to just go faster.

You have to remember the song 12 Days of Christmas to get the format correct.

  1. 10 Cal Machine
  2. 2 KB Complex
  3. 3 Jumping lunges 3 each side 6 total
  4. 4 Pullups or 4 plank row each side
  5. 5 Burpees!!
  6. 6 Thrusters
  7. 7 Pushups
  8. 8 Gob Squats
  9. 9 Swings
  10. 10 Situps
  11. 11 Box Jumps
  12. 12 weighted Step ups each side

Looks like this:

10 cal machine, then 2 KB Complex, then back to 10 cal machine, then 3 jumping lunges each side, 2 KB Complex 10 cal machine

1, then 2 and 1, then 3 into 2, into 1, then 4, then 3, then 2 and then 1. You eventually will go to 11 to 10 to 9 to 8 and so on
