Challenge
EMOM
(Every Minute On the Minute)
Min 1- Ski 10 cals
Min 2- Bike 10 cals
Min 3- Burpee 10 Reps
Min 4- Rest
(Every round add one rep or calorie until you can’t complete the reps or calories in the minute)
Goals: Bo Pihl finished 19 calories on the machines but couldn’t finish the burpees. Bo is quite in-tune with his efforts. He paced well early on, knowing to not go out too hard.
Lots of other folks were able to get into the 16’s
