Base training day

I have been going hard for too many days. Life stress is high. Body is tired but I want to keep moving. We have only a few more days of warmer weather before the snow covers everything, so I have been wanting to maximize that time. This was a much needed break. I needed to go easy and take care of my aerobic system.
