You still need to keep your base cardio! Don’t miss out on taking care of your aerobic system. It’s tempting to just go hard every day cause the weather is nice and you want to check out the trails. I got myself in trouble last week by going hard for 3 days straight and I paid for it! You can’t go from skiing to biking hard for 3 days without some type of ramping up. You need to progress otherwise the body will not be happy. I will see alot of injuries throughout the entire Summer cause someone was not patient in the Spring!
