5.6 Get The GOAT


This was a fun format! Here is the Solo version and Teams will be below

Solo Version: 45 Min max Rounds

1000 meter Ski

1000 meter run or 2000 meter bike

20 Plate Pushes or 30 Sleds or 100 Step ups

1000 meter Row

20 ManMakers (2- Dumbbells- Pushup, Row each side, clean, Push Press)

TEAMS:

Solo Buy In: 1000 meter Row

Partner Buy In: 4000 meter Bike

Team 10,000 Meter Ski Erg (one person must stop every 4 minutes and complete one of these. You will lose one person every 4 min, but some of the exercises take longer than 4 min, so you could lose 2 teammates.)

  1. 1000 meter Run
  2. 10 Plate Pushes or 30 Sleds or 100 Step ups
  3. 20 Manmakers
