5.14 Breathing


On the weekend do something hard and fun, but make sure one day you take it easy. Listen to your body. I personally like to go really hard on Fridays with Get The GOAT workouts, then on Saturday I do a walk or easy ride for recovery. On Sundays I am recovered enough to fire it back up on the trail and go as hard as I want and not feel fatigued.

1 hour to 1.5 hours at easy base pace
