Teams of 3 (Solo Version Below)

Switch every minute and must do one of these, once you get off the rower:

  1. Pushups
  2. Lunges
  3. Box Jumps

50-40-30-20-10 (First time through each teammate must complete 50 reps of the first exercise then 50 reps of next exercise. When the first teammate gets back to Pushups they will do 40. Keep on going down the ladder
