10 Gob Squats

10 Pushups

10 TRX or 5 pull-ups

Part 2: 5 rounds

10 Split Squats each side

10 Single Arm Bench Press each side

10 Bench Row each side

Part 3: 16 min EMOM (every minute on the minute complete the reps given or exercise for a minute for 4 rounds.)

Min 1- 20 Step Ups 10 each side

Min 2- 12 Push Press

Min 3- 1:00 Mt Climbers

Min 4- 1:00 Russian Twists
