40 Min Circuit

This is just a simple workout that involves multiple movements. Slowly work through this. It’s not a race. Rest as needed. Do not do more than 5 rounds

  1. 10 Gob Squats
  2. 10 Pushups
  3. 20 Situps
  4. 10 Split Squats each side
  5. 10 Push Press
  6. 30 Mountain Climbers
  7. 15 Swings
  8. 10 Plank Row each side
  9. 20 side Crunch Each side
