Deadlift and Press

8 at RPE-8, then break up 24 reps over 3-5 sets.

Pullups

8 at RPE-8, then break up 24 more reps. Use assistance if needed.

Accessory Work:

part 1: 3 rounds

10-15 Single Arm DB Bench Row into 10-15 Bench Row each side

Part 2: 3 rounds

10 Step ups 5 Each side into 10 Single leg Deads 5 each side both to RPE-8

Small Stuff:

  1. Copenhagen
  2. Rev Nordics
  3. Rev Hypers
  4. Calf Raises
  5. Back Ext

All to RPE-9–3 Rounds
