STRENGTH

2-Count Pause Bench Press and 2-count Pause Squat

6 at RPE-8, then break up 10 more reps

Then


20 min Circuit:

  1. 10 Split Squats (5 each side)
  2. 10-15 Push Press
  3. 10 Plank Row (5 each side)
  4. 4 Turkish Get ups
  5. 20 Situps

This is not a race.  When it is a circuit you can rest as needed to make sure quality of movement does not suffer.
