Strength Additional Day

I add in these additional lifting days for those that want 3 days of lifting per week. That is totally great if that is you. The intensity will be less and the volume typically less. The sessions should be able to be done in 30-45 min

2-Count Pause Squat and 2- count pause Bench press

6 at RPE-8, then break up 12 more reps

20 min Circuit

  1. 10 Split Squats (5 each side)
  2. 10 Single Leg Deadlifts (5 Each side)
  3. 10 Single Arm DB Bench Press (5 each side)
  4. 10 Single Arm DB Seated Press (5 Each side)
  5. 10 Bench Row (5 each side)
  6. 10 Turkish get ups (5 each side)
