Starter Program: Day 6


Day 6:

Get outside go for a run, hike, bike, ski tour, but be thoughtful about the effort.  You might be more fatigued from GTG than you thought.  Here is a way to get outside and still have some fun.  The idea is moderate intensity, then Day 6 you can get after it.  

Do something like this:

8 min moderate to hard effort/ 3 min rest X 4-5 rounds.
