Starter Program: Day 4


Day 4:  OFF Day or Easy Day

You can do another easy day (like day 2) or take the day off.  I usually don’t take days off.  I always move and do something.  It might be a walk, hike or easy bike.  We like to say, “motion is lotion”.  Moving can reduce the possibility of muscle soreness, or is at least a good reminder that you’re OK.
