September Challenge


Challenges can be added in to any day but remember that sometimes it has a “special” effect.  

Sometimes it’s fun to do something really hard, that’s why it is called a challenge.


Workout:  

100 calorie Row

Stop every min do 5 burpees

Record time when you complete the 100 cals.  If you are on a concept2 machine, set it up for 100 calorie countdown.

You need to move quickly through burpees so you have as much time as possible to get calories in until the next minute.  Times have been anywhere from 5:30-10 min
