E2MOM

Every 2 min on the Minute. Start the exercise every 2 minutes for 40 min. If you finish the exercise before the 2 min is up then that is your rest.

  1. 300 meter run/ 250m row/250 m ski or 500 meter bike (this should be a hard 1-1:30 effort, so you can see some alternative)

2. 5 Burpees

3. Repeat #1

4. 40 Mountain climbers

5. repeat #1

6. 20 Step ups

7. repeat #1

8. 20 situps
