Breathing

We are having quite the strange Fall. The trails are still rideable and the weather is getting warmer than usual. Getting outside is crucial for my mental well being, since I am in the gym so much. Getting out in nature and soaking up the beauty of our surroundings brings more to me than solely physical well being.

Today I am going to do some more hill work.

Find a hill. It doesn’t have to be long or crazy steep. Set your clock for 45 min. Hike or run up the hill and run safely and efficiently down. Repeat for 45 min
