Steady State Cardio

I am going to give you tow different versions to play with. One is a gym version and one is an outdoor version

Gym Version:

150 calorie Ski

150 calorie Bike

150 Calorie Row

then pick one that you like the most and can tolerate the most and do 150 more calories on that one machine

If this is done slow and steady it will take around an hour

Outdoor Version

PowerHike

Find a steep trail or steep hill. Grab a pack fill it up with 20-30 pounds and hike up and down at a good steady pace for 45 min to an hour
