I would always prefer to be outside when it comes to cardiovascular work, but some days it doesn’t work so I did this:

Ski 10 cals

Bike 10 Cals

Row 10 cals

then 20 of each, 30 of each, 40, and 50

Outdoor version looks like this:

6 min run or hike

1 min rest

5 min work

1 min rest

4 min work

1 min rest

3 min work

1 min rest

2 min work

1 min rest

1 min work

1 min rest

X 2 rounds
