2:00 Rest

X 7 Rounds

“X” = 20 weighted step ups and 10 pushups (if you finish the step ups and pushups before the 2:00 is over then rest the remaining time. If you don’t finish in time, then stop).

This is similar to the last home workout, but the effort needs to be scaled appropriately. With the 2:00 rest you should be somewhat recovered so you can repeat the run at a faster pace.
