Partner Buy In:

  2. 150 Cal bike
  3. 150 Cal Row

Once your partnership has finished the “buy in” then try to get as many calories on the Ski and Bike.

Here is the format:

  1. 10 Cal Ski
  2. 5 Burpees
  3. 10 Cal Bike

Partner one will start and each teammate will follow.
