5.3 Breathing


Hill Sprints. We are getting a group together from the gym to run a race at the GoPro Games called the Pepi’s Face-off. I’m not much of a runner anymore, but always up for a “fun” time. If you are starting to run again run different distances, run for time, run hills, run on pavement, run on a treadmill, and run on trails. Mainly change up the stress and change up the intensity. This can help with reducing risk of injury as you start to run again.

Find a steep hill run up 1:00 and walk back down, once recovered then do it again for 6-8 rounds.
