Deadlift and Press

8 at RPE-8, then with same weight 4 sets of 6 reps.

Accessory Work:

Part 1: 3 rounds

5 Pullups into 10 Bench Row (5 each side) to RPE-8

Part 2: 3 Rounds

  1. 10 Single Leg Deads (5 each side) to RPE-8
  2. 10 Pushups

Part 3: 4 rounds (This is a good challenge. Try to get it done in under 8 minutes. Best time was 6:40 with 2-70# KB’s)

  1. 500 meter Bike
  2. 40 meter Farmer carry (35-70# KB’s)

Special Sauce: 3 rounds to RPE-8

  4. 10-15 Tricep Extensions
  5. Monster Walks
  6. 10-15 Lateral Raises
