  2. 1000 meter Ski
  3. 800 meter run (2 laps or 2000 meter bike)
  4. 10 plate pushes (50 meter sled push or 100 step ups)
  5. 400 meter run (1 lap or 1000 meter bike)
  6. 1000 meter row
  7. 400 meter run (1 lap or 1000 meter bike)
  8. 20 Burpee pull-ups or 40 burpees
  9. 800 meter run (2 laps or 2000 meter bike)
  10. 200 meter Farmer Carry with 35-70# KB’s or DB’s
  11. 1200 meter run (3 laps or 3000 meter bike)
  12. 50 Wall Balls with 12-20# Wall Balls
