- 10 plate pushes (50 meter sled push or 100 step ups)
- 400 meter run (1 lap or 1000 meter bike)
- 1000 meter row
- 400 meter run (1 lap or 1000 meter bike)
- 20 Burpee pull-ups or 40 burpees
- 800 meter run (2 laps or 2000 meter bike)
- 200 meter Farmer Carry with 35-70# KB’s or DB’s
- 1200 meter run (3 laps or 3000 meter bike)
- 50 Wall Balls with 12-20# Wall Balls
