This is a repeat from a few weeks ago but in reverse.

Teams of 4 or Solo

Switch Every 2 Min

Partner 1: 20 Burpees into remaining time SKI

Partner 2: 20 DB Snatch into remaining time BIKE

Partner 3: 20 Wall Balls into remaining time ROW

Partner 4: Rest full 2 min

20-18-16-14-12-10 (Each round reduce 2 reps of exercise before moving to Machine. This will give you more time on the machine)

Hard Solo Version:

20-18-16-14-12-10 (descending Ladder of reps and Calories on these movements. Best time was 39:02 for solo)
