3.25 Get The GOAT


45 Min Team Max meter Ski Erg (Teams of 4…SOLO version below)

All of Team Must stop every 5 min and do one of these:

  1. 4 Burpee Pullups or 8 Burpee Box Jumps
  2. 4 Farmer Carries
  3. 4 Plate Pushes or sleds or 20 heavy step ups
  4. 4 KB complex

Solo Version:

1 min ski/2 min “rest” X 15 (you can obviously use a different machine, if you don’t have access to a ski erg)

“rest”=

Round 1: 4 burpee pull-ups or burpee box jumps

Round 2: 4 Farmer Carries (20 meters)

Round 3: 4 Plate Pushes or sleds or 20 heavy step ups

Round 4: 4 KB Complex. (KB Complex is where you have a KB in between your feet, you walk out to a pushup, walk back, clean the weight up, squat into a overhead press…that’s one)

Keep going until 15 rounds completed
