2.6 Additional Strength


Here is an additional strength day to add into your week, if needed.

Hatfield or Front Squat and Incline Bench Press

5 at RPE-8, then -8% off for 3 more sets of 5 reps

20 min Circuit

  1. 10-15 Bench Row each side
  2. 10-15 Single Arm Bench Press each side
  3. 10-15 Split Squats each side
  4. 10-15 Single Leg Deads each side
  5. 20 V-ups
  6. 20 Heel Raise
