5 at RPE-8, then -8% off for 3 more sets of 5 reps
20 min Circuit
- 10-15 Bench Row each side
- 10-15 Single Arm Bench Press each side
- 10-15 Split Squats each side
- 10-15 Single Leg Deads each side
- 20 V-ups
- 20 Heel Raise
