8:00 fast/ 2:00 slow recovery pace X 6 rounds
You don’t have to be training for something specific to be smart about your training. I like making sure that my training is always with purpose and is thoughtful. If something or some challenge or some event comes along that peaks my interest then I am ready to up my training, not start from the beginning. When I don’t have a specific goal I like to say, “I am training to be ready to train.”
