This is a great option for a 3rd day of lifting for some wanting to get more volume of strength work.

Hatfield Squats or Front Squats

5 at RPE-8, then -5% off and do two more sets of 5

Incline Bench Press

5 at RPE-8, then -5% off and do two more sets of 5

20 Min Circuit

  1. 15 Swings
  2. 10 Pushups
  3. 10 Gob Squats
  4. 5 Pullups
  5. 10 Plank Row 5 each side
  6. 20 Weighted Situps
