So many of our clients that are coming back from injury live in regret and worry.
“Why did I do that?” “Wish I would have done something different. Why did this happen to me? Will I ever get back to where I was? Will I ever be able to do the things I love?
Clients that have lost their fitness live in regret and worry.
“How did I let myself get to this point? Why did I eat or drink all of that? How will I ever get back to my old self? I will never be fit like I was.”
With this kind of mindset you lose the moment, you lose yourself. You are here now. Focus on the now. You can’t control what you did, but you can control the now. You can’t control what is to come, but you can control the now. Focus on today, when you get to tomorrow then focus on that day. Give yourself some grace!
