Max Rounds in 30 min

  1. Row/ski 250 meters or 500 m bike or 400 meter run
  2. 10 Burpees
  3. 20 weighted step-ups
  4. Row/ski 250 meters or 500 m bike or 400 meter run
  5. 10 Walk out Pushup
  6. 20 Jumping Lunges

This is an easy one to do with no weight at all! It still has an amazing effect for strength endurance. It’s quick and dirty!
