Get The GOAT

This can be treated as a really hard and fast workout or you can go at whatever pace is appropriate for you on the day.

50 Min Max Rounds (if you wanna go fast, then shoot for 3 rounds or more)

  1. 1 lap (400 m) Run
  2. 500 Meter Ski
  3. 1 Lap Run
  4. 6 Plate Pushes or 60 Step Ups
  5. 1 Lap Run
  6. 500 Meter Row
  7. 1 Lap Run
  8. 10 Pullups

(Each round will be a mile. If you don’t run you can substitute 1000 meter bike)
